Why Goat Milk?

Goat milk is one of the most nourishing and moisturizing products you could ever use on your skin. Fresh goat milk is full of amazing proteins, enzymes and vitamins that you can find nowhere else. Goat Milk has almost 3 times more beta-caseins (protein) than cows milk; caseins are easily absorbed into the skin and allow for quick hydration. All the many triglycerides and acids help balance the skins natural Ph and promote natural exfoliation.

Goat milk has almost the exact same ph level as our own skin. Our skin tens to be more alkaline and so does goat milk. This means your skin will not be dried out or  traumatized like it is when using soap from the store which does NOT have the same ph.

Soaps without goat milk are much more acidic and rob your skin of its own natural moisturizers. We weren't created with the idea of slathering our body in lotions everyday, but because of the harmful drying effects of the chemicals and preservatives in most soap, we are having to rely more and more on lotions and moisturizers to keep our skin hydrated.  Our bodies are meant to produce our own natural body oils that are much better for us than lotions full of preservatives and chemicals. In fact, after prolonged use of goat milk soap, your skin should begin to regain its natural ph level and you should be able to stop using moisturizers completely and rely on your body to take care of it for you.

I can't even begin to cover all the bad ingredients in store bought soap. Sometime, just take time to read the ingredients on a bar of dial or dove or any of them. They are loaded with methyl, (EPA states this as toxic, explosive and flammable) propylene glycol, (known to be a common skin irritant) triethanolamine (a cancer causing agent) and may other synthetic ingredients.  There is almost no real ingredients in store bought soap and they are loaded with chemicals and preservatives that even the EPA is trying to band and yet we use this EVERY day!  There's even a big difference in goat milk soaps which you can read about  HERE.

My husband has always struggled with skin ailments and after using goat milk soap for years, he will not use anything else. Ever. We ran out of soap only one time and his skin was immediently a mess again. It has helped my dry skin immensely and I hear from so many customers how much it helped them, so please do yourself and your skin a favor and be careful what you use on your skin, it is after all your bodies largest organ and it is VERY absorbent. If you wouldn't eat it, don't put it on your skin.
